About The Potting Wagon
The Potting Wagon is Mansfield, Ohio's friendly, mobile solution for houseplant repotting and care. We're here because we know you love your plant babies, but hauling heavy bags of soil, wrestling giant root balls, and cleaning up spilled dirt is messy, time-consuming work.
We believe that getting your plants the space they need to grow shouldn't be a chore. We bring all the professional tools, premium custom-blended soil, and expert knowledge right to your home, giving your plants a full health refresh with zero soil mess inside your walls.

The Starter Sprout
This is the perfect introductory package for new plant owners or those catching up on basic maintenance. We refresh your smallest treasures, ensuring healthy roots for a great start.
What You Get: Repotting for Three Small Plants (up to 6" diameter pots).
You save $7.50 compared to a la carte pricing.
The Mid-Size Refresh
Our most popular package tackles your mid-sized plant collection, saving you time and money. It includes an expert health check for added peace of mind.
What You Get:
Repotting for Three Plants (one up to 10" pot and two up to 8" pots) PLUS a Professional Pest Check on all three plants.You save $12.50 compared to a la carte pricing.
The Full Collection Overhaul
Ideal for serious collectors or clients with heavy, overgrown statement plants. We handle the biggest repotting jobs and provide the specialty soil needed for complex varieties.
What You Get: Repotting for Three Large Plants (one up to 16" pot and two up to 10" pots) PLUS the Custom Soil Blend Surcharge for one plant is included.
You save $20.00 compared to a la carte pricing.
The Wagon Wheel Maintenance Plan
1.5 Hours Total (e.g., Two 45-min visits)
Regular, scheduled visits (typically every 2 or 4 weeks) for full plant care. This includes: Watering, Pruning, Cleaning, Fertilization (as needed), and Pest Scouting.
The Lobby Lumina
3 Hours Total (e.g., Four 45-min visits, or two 90-min visits)
Good for small retail shops, office lobbies, or established home collections (10-20 plants).
Regular, scheduled visits (typically every 2 or 4 weeks) for full plant care. This includes: Watering, Pruning, Cleaning, Fertilization (as needed), and Pest Scouting.
The Greenhouse Guru
5+ Hours Total (Custom Quote)
For large businesses, clinics, or extensive residential collections (25+ plants).
Regular, scheduled visits (typically every 2 or 4 weeks) for full plant care. This includes: Watering, Pruning, Cleaning, Fertilization (as needed), and Pest Scouting.
A La Carte & Premium Add-ons
For clients who only need one or two specific plants serviced, our à la carte option allows you to pay based strictly on the size of the existing pot. Pricing for these services is in addition to the $35 Mobile Service Fee.

Small & Medium Plants
This tier covers common desktop and shelf-sized plants. It includes pots ranging from 4 inches up to 8 inches in diameter, which typically require 10 to 15 minutes of labor per plant. Pricing starts at $7.50 for the smallest pots, providing an economical way to refresh your quick-growing plants like succulents, small Pothos, or starter plants.
Large & Jumbo Plants
This is for substantial houseplants that are beginning to take up floor space. It includes pots from 9 inches up to 12 inches in diameter, which require more material and effort to handle. These repots are priced at $15.00 for Large pots (up to 10") and $30.00 for Jumbo pots (up to 12"). This tier is perfect for plants like large Snake Plants, medium Ficus, or established Calathea.
Monster & Tree Transplants
This tier is dedicated to your biggest, heaviest statement pieces that require significant physical labor and time. It includes plants in pots 13 inches and larger. Repots in this tier start at $45.00 for Monster Moves (up to 16") and are priced by quote for the largest Tree Transplants (18" and above). We handle these significant moves with specialized care, ensuring they get the biggest room to grow.
Custom Soil Blend Surcharge $5.00 per plant
Required for complex, specialized mixes using amendments like chunky orchid bark, pumice, or activated charcoal (essential for aroids, orchids, and demanding tropicals).
Pest Inspection & Treatment $10.00 per plant
A detailed, professional health check for common houseplant pests (gnats, scale, mealybugs) followed by the application of an organic, preventative treatment to protect your plant.
Moss Pole Installation $15.00 - $30.00 (Plus Cost of Pole)
Expert installation and training for climbing plants (Monsteras, Pothos, etc.). Price varies based on the size/height of the pole required.
Soil Sourcing & Delivery $15.00 (Plus Cost of Soil)
If you just need a special bag of soil or amendment delivered without a full repotting service, we bring the goods right to your door! (Mobile Service Fee still applies).
Frequently Asked Questions
Where exactly do you perform the repotting?
All work is done outside at our mobile potting station (usually curbside or in your driveway). This is our guarantee: zero soil mess inside your home. The only thing we bring inside is your happy, newly repotted plant, which you move inside after we leave.
Do I need to supply the new pots?
The client is responsible for supplying any decorative pots you may prefer. We place your repotted plant into a new plastic nursery pot. Your refreshed plant can then be placed into the decorative vessel of your choice. We supply the plastic resize pots, soil, amendments, tools, and expertise.
What areas do you service?
We proudly service the Mansfield, Ohio metro area and surrounding communities. Please check our booking tool or contact us if you are on the outskirts of the region.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule. If notice is given in less than 24 hours, the $35.00 Mobile Service Fee is forfeited as it covers our travel and lost booking time.
Can you look at a sick plant?
Yes! If you are concerned about pests or health, select The Mid-Size Refresh Package (which includes a Pest Check) or add the Pest Inspection & Treatment service to any booking. We will identify the issue and apply an organic treatment.
